We are changing our name. From now on we will be known as bigblu broadband and will no longer be Europasat. While our name has changed our aim hasn’t: bigblu will still strive to make access to the internet as simple of possible for those who live and work where connection is impossible.
We continue to grow, into new territories and new technologies and new tariffs. Our reach now extends beyond Europe and we offer more than just satellite broadband – and we wanted a new name that reflected that growth.

We help more families and businesses than ever connect to great value super-fast broadband no matter where they live.
While satellite broadband has been at the heart of our service for the last decade, our new name better reflects our focus on providing all customers with a range of ways to get connected that includes high-speed satellite, ultra-fast fixed wireless and reliable 4G networks – meaning no matter where you live we can get you connected.
The name change won’t affect service the service we provide and no action is required. We always aim to keep improving our offerings to our personal and business customers so nothing will change there.
The changes mainly be cosmetic and administrative. Aside from our look, logo and name, you won’t notice any differences.
We will still be offering the best broadband technology in the UK for those of you in the forgotten 5%; we will still be the market leader in trying to unite the digital divide; and we will still be working to reach those parts of the UK that cable won’t reach.
