The Easy Mount System is the solution to these challenges
We have been working hard to give our customers the choice of setting up their own satellite broadband system with no need to climb ladders, fix brackets to walls or have an engineer visit.
Customers can now choose the new Easy Mount solution to get set-up in a jiffy. All that’s needed are simple tools and some material for ballast (paving slabs are ideal). Then, you’re all set! We provide the step-by-step instruction manual and will be on-hand to guide you through the process should you encounter any difficulties on 01869 222 900.
We are offering our customers in the UK an additional incentive with a saving of £25 off the standard activation fee.
Our customers have always had the option of installing the system themselves. It’s a simple system, but you usually need to be confident and well equipped to install a satellite dish up high on your house. The easy mount system is our way of ensuring that more people than ever before can connect to one of our satellite broadband packages. And with delivery lead times of between 2 and 4 days (subject to location) customers can get connected in just a few days.
Once restrictions are lifted, we can put you in touch with an engineer to come out and install the dish on your house or another suitable, permanent location.
